Born and raised in Phoenix, I have spent my entire life in the Grand Canyon State. Growing up as a second generation Arizona native has exposed me to all of the amazing things that my state has to offer and now I have the opportunity to share those experiences with my clients. Although we are known for our extreme summer heat, there are outdoor activities to do all year long. When it’s the scorching summer, hang out pool side and enjoy a cold drink or take a 2 hour road trip to escape the heat and enjoy the tall pines. The rest of the year is amazing weather for hiking, mountain biking, outdoor dining and shopping.

Good communication has become a rarity in the real estate industry, unfortunately. After a few bad experiences myself, I decided that there had to be a better way to conduct business. So in 2013, I got my real estate sales license and joined the Phoenix Association of Realtors®. Since that time, I have worked with countless clients while expanding my services by additionally joining the White Mountain Association of Realtors® and upgrading my license to Real Estate Broker.
The right communication methods for each specific customer is what has sets me apart from the competition. Too often agents miss the mark by giving a blanket approach to all clients. Do you think that a first time buyer and a seasoned investor have the same experience and comfort level? Of course not! Arizona has a very healthy amount of seasonal visitors who pay top dollar for fully furnished homes during the peak months. Whether its snowbirds coming to the valley to escape their winter, traveling nurses, digital nomads or vacationers, these guests often pay 2-3x more than long term tenants!
Long term rentals can be a great way to strengthen your investment portfolio or even achieve that early retirement. Too many people get caught up in monthly cash flow and end up buying in locations that come with a lot more risk and have very low appreciation. Don’t get me wrong, cash flow is great, but it is only one part of the equation. The real magic happens when you combine the benefits of someone else paying down your mortgage, appreciation, and cash flow, with the tax savings of interest payment deductions and depreciation.
